With an introduction to Ayurvedic medicine and yoga in India, and Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, my global learning journey — combined with certifications in Reiki, sound therapy, essential oils, personal training, exercise referral, yoga, and mindfulness— forms the heart of Your Vitality Coaching.
