Zoë now has almost 20 years experience in the fitness industry. A qualified personal trainer, exercise on referral specialist and fitness instructor.
Zoë has a passion for helping other people to better understand how to keep fit and healthy and to achieve their personal fitness goals. She has a range of experience in gym, home and outdoor settings and also in training clients online. She has trained clients from as young as 16 to people in their 80s, with a range of fitness goals, injuries and medical conditions.
Zoë's passion for attending fitness classes was what first attracted her to the industry and this passion is evident in her teaching. She has taught (and continues to teach) a range of fitness classes, including: spin, step aerobics, body conditioning, aqua aerobics, aqua jog, kettlebells, Body Combat, Body Pump and yoga.
A qualified trainer and assessor, Zoë also has experience of training and assessing learners studying towards their L2 and L3 Personal Trainer qualifications.

Our training is person-centred and bespoke to the needs of each individual. Your work with us will always begin with a one hour consultation, where we identify and talk through your goals and how we can help. We then put a programme in place and work with you to achieve your goals. This may be online, face-to-face, or a mixture of the two. It may be through a training programme, 1-1 or small group workouts, nutrition advice, coaching sessions - whatever feels best to motivate you to achieve your goals. We support with education along the way to keep you safe and to ultimately ensure that at some point you no longer need us!
