From time to time we all benefit from stepping out of the everyday and into spaces designed for reflection, self-care, learning and connection.
Throughout the year I host a small number of in-person workshops, retreats and special events designed to support wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth. These gatherings bring together many of the tools I share through Your Vitality Coaching — including yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, essential oils and holistic lifestyle practices.
Each event is created to be welcoming, accessible and grounded in real-life wellbeing, whether you are completely new to these practices or already have experience.

Many of the workshops and sessions I offer can also be booked privately for individuals, groups, organisations and special occasions.
These sessions are ideal for teams, community groups or gatherings looking for something meaningful, relaxing and a little different.

Sessions can be tailored to suit the needs of your group and can range from shorter introductory experiences to half-day or full-day wellbeing sessions.
If you are planning a special celebration and would like to include something calm, grounding and memorable, I also offer private yoga and sound healing sessions for groups, which can be tailored to your requirements.
These sessions provide a beautiful way to begin a day together, unwind before an evening out, or simply share a unique experience with friends.
