Events & Workshops

Spaces to pause, reconnect and explore practical tools for wellbeing

From time to time we all benefit from stepping out of the everyday and into spaces designed for reflection, self-care, learning and connection.


Throughout the year I host a small number of in-person workshops, retreats and special events designed to support wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth. These gatherings bring together many of the tools I share through Your Vitality Coaching — including yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, essential oils and holistic lifestyle practices.


Each event is created to be welcoming, accessible and grounded in real-life wellbeing, whether you are completely new to these practices or already have experience.

What do we offer?

Upcoming Events & Workshops

Workshops and special events are announced throughout the year and may include:

  • Sound Bath experiences for deep relaxation and nervous system support
  • Essential oils workshops exploring practical ways to use natural remedies in everyday life
  • Wellbeing retreats combining yoga, Pilates, breathwork, reflection, and      restorative practices
  • Seasonal workshops focused on rest, reset and personal growth

Private Workshops & Group Experiences

Many of the workshops and sessions I offer can also be booked privately for individuals, groups, organisations and special occasions.


These sessions are ideal for teams, community groups or gatherings looking for something meaningful, relaxing and a little different.


Examples include:

  • Sound Bath experiences
  • Yoga sessions for groups
  • Introduction to meditation or breathwork
  • Essential oils workshops
  • Wellbeing sessions for community groups


Sessions can be tailored to suit the needs of your group and can range from shorter introductory experiences to half-day or full-day wellbeing sessions.

Special Gatherings – hen parties, birthday celebrations and so on…

If you are planning a special celebration and would like to include something calm, grounding and memorable, I also offer private yoga and sound healing sessions for groups, which can be tailored to your requirements.


These sessions provide a beautiful way to begin a day together, unwind before an evening out, or simply share a unique experience with friends.


Options may include:

  • Gentle yoga for relaxation and connection
  • Sound bath experiences
  • Reiki healing
  • Meditation, breathwork and grounding practices
  • Wellbeing-focused group sessions


All sessions are designed to be inclusive and suitable for beginners.

Talks & Wellbeing Sessions

I am also available to deliver talks and workshops on wellbeing, stress management and nervous system regulation for workplaces, community groups and events.


These sessions draw on both professional training and lived experience, exploring practical ways people can support their energy, balance and resilience in everyday life.


Topics may include:

  • Managing stress and avoiding burnout
  • Building sustainable wellbeing habits
  • Nervous system regulation and emotional resilience
  • Integrating movement, rest and self-care into modern life
  • Managing wellbeing through peri-menopause and beyond


Sessions can be delivered in person or online depending on location and requirements.
