At Your Vitality Coaching, movement isn’t about pushing harder or chasing perfection — it’s about building strength, improving how your body feels, and supporting your wellbeing in a way that’s sustainable.
These classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more supported and more confident in your body — whether you’re returning to exercise, building consistency, or simply looking for something that feels both effective and enjoyable.
You’ll be guided in a way that’s clear, encouraging and grounded — with space to work at your own pace, without pressure or comparison.
I’m really pleased to be joining Willow Reform — a welcoming new space in Bridlington offering a range of classes including mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and other supportive fitness sessions and events.
It’s a calm, inclusive environment focused on helping people move well, feel better, and build strength in a way that works for real life.

I’m currently completing my Reformer Fitness Pilates qualification, and am excited to bring Reformer Fitness Pilates to Willow Reform in the near future. - more details coming soon.
This will offer another way to build strength, improve control and support your body using the reformer equipment — with the same grounded, supportive approach.

Using controlled, mindful movement and breath, it helps you feel stronger, more balanced and more supported — without strain or overwhelm.
Tuesdays 10am - 11am
Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm
From 22nd April 2026
A focused, effective strength class designed to build lower body and core strength in a simple, accessible way.
You can expect:

Wednesdays 6pm - 6:45pm
From May 2026
A supportive, strength-based class focused on improving posture, building core strength and helping your body move more efficiently in everyday life.
Using controlled, mindful movement and breath, it helps you feel stronger, more balanced and more supported — without strain or overwhelm.
Tuesdays 9am - 10am
1-1 sessions are available on request
These can be great for complete beginners to get to grips with the exercises, or for someone returning from injury, or to simply deepen your personal practice.
Classes take place in the comfort of your own home or at our venue.
1-1: 60 mins - £40
