Take yourself on a journey of deep relaxation and kick start your week ahead in the best way possible.
Calm the body and the mind with the soothing sounds and vibrations of Crystal Sound Bowls, Chinese Wind Gong, Chimes, Tibetan Bowl, Tongue Drum, Ocean Drum and Rain Stick - all tuned to the healing frequency of 432hz.
Bring a yoga mat with you to lay on, and any blankets, pillows, cushions, bolsters, thick socks, sleeping bag or whatever else you'd like to ensure your comfort throughout!

The instruments are all tuned to the healing frequency of 432hz.

Enjoy a 1hr Reikivibz session with a 30min sound bath and 30min Reiki session.
Beginning with the sound bath, incorporating a range of instruments, including beautiful crystal sound bowls, a gorgeous Chinese Wind Gong, Tibetan Sound bowls and various percussion - all tuned to the healing frequency of 432hz.
We then move into Reiki healing session. You are already deeply relaxed, allowing the Reiki to work faster and deeper. This has been shown to have very deep healing effects.
